Overview
End-to-end multi-brand luxury e-commerce platform design and design system for the Web, iOS, Android platforms. I led a team of four designers. Two senior and mid-weight designers. I built the core style guides for both brands, applied semantic tokens to the elements, and built vital journeys. I reported to the lead product designer. I worked with the development team to align the design tokens and handoff.
Outcomes
The development can build the platforms with a single application.
I solved the brand identity differences with the semantic design tokens.
Had a crucial role in building the PDP, PLP, Homepage, Checkout, Editorial, My Account, Wishlist, Style Guides, and Design System for both brands on all platforms (web, ios, android)
